About the Founder

In 2016, before founding T.H. Graham & Associates, LLC. in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, strategic consultant Thomas H. Graham concluded his successful career at Pepco Holdings (PHI) as vice president of special projects. In this capacity, he provided strategic direction to senior leadership on regulatory, legislative, and operational issues. In his capacity as Pepco Region President, he also served as the brand leader, spokesperson, and senior lobbyist at this company, one of the largest energy distributors in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Prior Roles With PHI

During his time with PHI, he served for three years on the top-tier executive leadership team as Vice President of people strategy & human resources, reporting directly to the CEO. During this period, he engaged in merger and integration activities resulting from the $6.8 billion acquisition of PHI by Exelon Corporation®, now the largest electric utility in the United States. PHI has approximately 5,000 employees working across New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Washington, DC, and about 4.400 retirees across the United States, serving more than 778,000 customers across the area.
